In order for you to configure your Outlook Express account settings properly,
you will need to have ready your username and password supplied to you by CogniLogic
AND your current Internet Service Provider's (ISP) SMTP address. Contact your
current ISP for their SMTP address and CogniLogic if you have not received your
username and password.
Open Outlook Express.
From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
Click the New button.
In the Display name field, type your name as you want it to appear
in your e-mails, then click the right arrow.
Select I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to
use.
In the E-mail address field, type your email address.
Click the right arrow button.
Click the down arrow on the My incoming mail server is
