I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your password you will need to contact a CogniLogic representative to have it reset for you. Due to security reasons, CogniLogic does not keep passwords. Please click here to review our policy on password changes.

How do I set up an automatic reply message to my incoming e-mail?
We're sorry, currently this feature is not available to WebMail; however, we do have plans to enable this feature in the future. We do have a temporary solution to enable you to have a 'vacation message' as an automatic reply; however, CogniLogic must set this up for you. Please contact a representative for more details.

How do I add a signature to my outgoing e-mails?
Once you've logged into WebMail click the 'Roles' link on the navigational bar. You will be sent to a screen where you can add a Role. Once you've added a Role, you attach that signature to your e-mail when you compile your message. Click the Compose link. In from the From field click the down arrow to choose a particular Role, or Signature. Then click Add Signature next to the dropdown list. Your Signature will be added to your Message.

You can change the Signature once you've added it to your e-mail; however, it will only change that particular instance of the Signature. To permenantly change your Signature you will have to change the Role by clicking on the Role link in the navigational menu and choosing Edit next to the Role you wish to change.

How do I change the way WebMail displays my messages?
WebMail lets you choose the way you sort, list, move, and reply to messages via the Preferences window. Simply click on Preferences and choose Edit. After you make your changes, just click Save.

How do I save a copy of the e-mail sent?
First, create a directory where you would like to save your sent e-mail by following these steps (If you have an existing folder you would like to use, then just skip to step 4):

1. In the left navigational bar, choose the "Manage Folders" link.
2. At the top right of the page, choose "New Folder".
3. Type the name of your new folder and click "Create Folder".
4. Click the "Roles" button at top of the page.
5. Click "Edit" next to the e-mail address you want to save e-mail from.
6. Choose the dropdown menu next to "Save Sentmail" and choose the directory where you would like to save all your sent e-mail. If you do not have a directory where you would like to store your sent e-mail.

I have multiple e-mail addresses. How do I send/reply using my address choice?
Multiple e-mail addresses that are directed to one single e-mail address are managed through Roles. You can set up a different Role for each e-mail address you manage. Simply, click on 'Roles' in the WebMail menu bar, then choose 'Add Role'. Each Role can have its own signature. Once you set up a Role for all your e-mail addresses you manage, then you can choose that Role when you compose a new e-mail via the "From" dropdown menu. The recipient of your e-mail will see your reply to e-mail address as the Role you have applied to the message and is able to reply to the Role accordingly, which will be sent to your Inbox.

Why does my e-mail replies come back with @Cognilogic.net and not @mydomain.com?
In order for your e-mail to show your website's domain extension in your outgoing mail you must use your own WebMail interface, not the CogniLogic interface. In order to access your WebMail interface, go to "http://webmail.yourdomain.com".
